How do I get started? You would call our office to make an appointment for either Dave or Greg to come to your home to look at the area, discuss concepts, and take measurements. From the initial visit, they produce renderings and have you make a second appointment to com Is there any charge for this service? No, there is no obligation for this service. Why do I have to make appointments? We do not have a “sales staff” to work with our clients. The owners of the company, Dave and Greg, do all the design concepts, layouts and pricing. You have the benefit of dealing with them and their thirty three years of experience. You are always guaranteed personal, knowledgeable attention. What if my home is under construction and there is nothing to measure at this point. We would have you come in with a floor plan to conceptualize the units and to give you an idea of design. What if I live out of your area? We have done projects from Maine to Colorado, from Michigan to the Caribbean. We would have to get accurate measurements, arrange for shipping, and usually fly out our installers for a day to assemble the unit. Do I have to have all my equipment (Stereo, TV, Computer, etc.) and equipment sizes to set up a meeting? No, we know general sizes to complete a concept. Once a design is reached, the fine turning and exact specifications can be accounted for. What happens if something is not working or if adjustments need to be made?
How long does it take for a unit to be manufactured? Generally a laminate unit will take anywhere from eight to ten weeks, while a wood unit will take approximately ten to twelve weeks depending on the size of the unit. How long does it take to install the unit in my home? Usually, a unit can be installed within one working day. Some units however, may need additional attention for fine tuning such as computer setup, mirror, or marble work. Where is the furniture manufactured? We have a sixteen thousand square foot manufacturing facility in Boca Raton where each piece is completed from start to finish by one of our craftsmen. We do not send out piecework or purchase pre-manufactured goods. We also have our own delivery teams. We have complete control over every project. |
